SureCost Holidays

SureCost will make a good faith effort to respond to subscriber requests for telephone between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. E.S.T., Monday through Friday, within three (3) hours, except for Company holidays. SureCost recognizes and is closed on the following United States holidays every year, which means the Customer Success team is not available for normal email and call support on the following days: 

  • New Year's Day
  • Martin Luther King Day
  • Presidents' Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Juneteenth 
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Veteran's Day
  • Thanksgiving Day and Friday following
  • Christmas Day
Please note, emergency service support is available 24x7, if the system prevents the user from using software for any reason. Emergency response will occur within three (3) hours from the original call.
